Prior to tour departure, you will receive a tour package which contains a detailed itinerary, luggage tags, insurance particulars and a complete listing of hotels with phone numbers.
Canadian citizens require a valid Passport. Some countries require 6 months remaining validity on passports. Non-Canadian citizens must confirm with the appropriate foreign consulate for entry requirements. Passports, Visas and sufficient proof of identification are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
A minimum deposit plus optional cancellation insurance is required within 7 days of making your reservation. If the deposit is not received within this time period, reservations are automatically cancelled. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure for tours and 70 days prior to departure for air and cruise packages.
All rates are based on current exchange rates and fuel costs and subject to change without notice unless secured by a deposit. OPC 0.35% is included in all prices. GST and QST is included in all prices.

Maximum baggage allowance is one large suitcase per person plus one carry-on bag.
Tipping is an accepted custom wherever one travels. On your behalf, Voyages Caleche Inc. has arranged for tips on included meals and for the bellman for one piece of luggage per person. Additional tipping for local step-on guides, your bus driver and tour director should be extended on an individual basis at your discretion.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for NSF returned cheques.
A $25.00 fee will be applicable if name changes are made within 14 days of departure.
Emergency medical and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and is available through our office. Please make sure you are covered before leaving the country. Cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit. You should not leave home without some form of coverage.
Each tour is accompanied by one of our professional Tour Directors, unless booking on one of our independent holiday or air packages. Some air packages will be escorted from Montreal with a minimum passenger requirement.
In all fairness to early booking passengers, seats will be assigned according to the date and payment of your reservation.
Please notify the reservation agent of any special requirements or needs at the time of booking. Voyages Caleche Inc. will do their best to ensure the request is relayed to the affected parties, but will not accept responsibility if not fulfilled by the supplier. Voyages Caleche Inc. does not refund any unused portion of your tour. Passengers with special needs require a travel companion.
Neither smoking nor drinking is permitted on the coach.
Voyages Caleche Inc. has made arrangements for all tour services described herein, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. The carriers, hotels and suppliers providing our services are independent contractors. If, for any reason, the services in the tour cannot be supplied, or there are changes in the itinerary, Voyages Caleche Inc. will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Voyages Caleche Inc. reserves the right to reschedule, alter or cancel a tour at its discretion should it become necessary. All monies will be refunded should the company cancel the tour. Voyages Caleche Inc., nor its affiliates, employees or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, inconvenience or expense occurred by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services to any other person.
Refunds are calculated on remaining days prior to departure, as follows:
Over 60 days - $50.00 administration fee applies (2+ days) or $20.00 for 1-day tours
45-60 Days - Deposit forfeited
30-44 Days - 50% refunded by Voyages Caleche Inc. and 50% claimed through insurance company
0-29 Days - No refund by Voyages Caleche Inc. Inc; full refund to be claimed through Insurance.
Any refund will be issued in the form of payment received with the exception of cash. Cash payments will be refunded by cheque only. No exceptions will be made to our refund policy. We strongly suggest the purchase of cancellation insurance.
